Terms of use

Last updated 13 August 2026. These terms govern access to apiauditbase.digital and enrolment in Apiauditbase programmes.

Acceptance

By browsing this site, submitting an enquiry, or accepting an invoice for a seat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request enrolment. We may update this page; continued use after the date above is acceptance of the revised text. Material changes to paid programmes will also be emailed to the address on your invoice.

Services described

The site describes courses, retainers, the Churn Lab, and journal articles. Descriptions are informational. A contract for a seat is formed only when we issue and you accept an invoice, not when you submit the contact form. This website does not process payments or provide checkout.

Student conduct

You may not share classroom recordings, archive extracts, or scored notebooks outside your enrolled organisation. You may not scrape the site for training data. You may quote journal articles with attribution and a link. Harassment of faculty, staff, or other students is grounds for removal without a completion note.

Intellectual property

Unless marked otherwise, text, diagrams, syllabi, and brand marks on this site belong to Apiauditbase or its licensors. Enrolment grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use course materials for your internal professional work. It does not grant a licence to resell, republish, or run a competing public course from our slides. Student memos remain yours; we may keep a copy for assessment and archive quality.

Third-party content

Images and fonts may be served by third parties under their own licences. External links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party sites.

No professional advice

Teaching examples are not legal, financial, or product advice for your specific app. Models discussed in class can be wrong. You remain responsible for decisions you take after a session.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Apiauditbase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm arising from use of the site or from applying course methods. Our aggregate liability for a paid programme is limited to the tuition actually paid for that programme in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Thailand, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.

Availability

We may change schedules, substitute faculty, or cancel an intake with a refund or credit as described in the refund policy. The site may be unavailable during maintenance.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. We prefer to resolve disputes in writing at the desk before either party files a claim.
